In Honor of Dr. George Tiller

"Tell A Friend Campaign"

In a rare public statement by Dr. Tiller in 2001 after anti-abortion protesters marched outside the same church where he was killed Sunday, July 26, 2009. George Tiller explained his commitment to providing abortion care for women. "Make no mistake, this battle is about self-determination by women of the direction and course of their lives and their family's lives. Abortion is about women's hopes and dreams. Abortion is a matter of survival for women."

The Make A Difference Fund worked directly with Dr. Tiller and his dedicated staff for many years. In honor of Dr. Tiller we started the "Tell A Friend Campaign".

When a brave man like Dr. Tiller is gunned down in church we share the tremendous loss with his family, friends, medical professionals and his community. Many people may now be scared to support pro-choice. Doctors will increase their security and the voices of support will be tempted to hide out of fear.

Help us show the world and Dr. Tiller that our voices will be heard. Here is how you can Make A Difference and honor Dr. George Tiller.

Please send $5 to the Make a Difference Fund and "Tell a Friend" to do the same. Ask them to "Tell A Friend" and help carry this campaign promise on to the next person. It REALLY is possible to Make a Difference and let our voices be heard, simply "Tell A Friend".
